QuestBox has no ads and does not sell your information. Your learner workspace is private and is not searchable by other learners.

Your learner account
A responsible adult at your school, tutoring organization, or family creates and manages your learner account. You cannot create it yourself. They give you an organization code, learner login, and a one-time activation card. You choose a secret and should keep it private from classmates.
QuestBox does not need your learner email address, phone number, legal name, home address, or date of birth. Use the classroom name or nickname your supervising adult gives you. You can still take some shared tests without a learner account.

What QuestBox keeps
QuestBox keeps the sign-in details needed to recognize your private account, the Classes and work assigned to you, your answers and attempts, marks and feedback, and study materials that an adult explicitly releases to you. Secrets are stored as protected password hashes, not readable text.
Some written answers may be sent to an AI provider chosen by the Organization to help with grading or feedback. An adult remains responsible for reviewing important grading decisions. QuestBox does not use your schoolwork for advertising or to build a commercial profile about you.

Who can see it
You can see only your own active assignments, materials released specifically to you, and results that an authorized adult has released. Other learners cannot search for your account or see your work. Authorized adults in the Organization can manage the learner record and review educational work according to their role.
QuestBox uses service providers for hosting, security, notifications, and selected AI operations. They may process only the information needed for those services. The full Privacy Policy explains these providers and international transfers.

Your choices and help
Ask your supervising adult if your display name is wrong, you cannot sign in, you want to know what information is held about you, or you want access suspended or a record corrected or deleted. They can reset, suspend, or archive access. Some school records may need to be kept even after access ends.
A parent or guardian can contact the Organization first or email hello@questbox.in. Do not email a password, activation card, answer, mark, identity document, or other private information.
